We explore your needs, priorities, references, routines, operations and decisions already made. The brief defines the challenge before we start designing.

We gather plans, measurements, photographs and site constraints. Where required and included in the scope, we carry out a site survey.

We define the design direction, layout, circulation and approach to materials, lighting and furniture. This stage creates the foundation for the decisions that follow.

We develop the interior in detail and produce the agreed visualisations. We present the proposals for your review and approval at the stages set out in the proposal.

Once the concept is approved, we prepare the information required for the agreed scope, select suppliers and bring together quotations for sourcing and production.

Once you approve the pieces, materials and terms, we coordinate orders and follow the agreed production work. Changes at this stage may affect costs and timing.

We organise deliveries, installation and checks for the elements under BORAGUI's responsibility. We work with the other professionals involved to maintain the project's design consistency.

We review the completed interior, record any outstanding items within our scope and hand over the agreed information.
